Important Information:
    • Statement section of the bank receipt should include; participant “Name-Surname” and “BIOMED2022”. (“Banka dekontu aciklamasinda katilimci Adi-Soyadi ve BIOMED2022 ifadeleri yazili olmalidir. Faturalama bu bilgi esas alinarak yapilacaktir.”)   
    • Digital bank receipt or scanned copy in pdf format should be sent to biomed2022org@gmail.com  together with the Registration Form(“Dijital banka ciktisi (pdf) kayit formu beraberinde e-postalanmalidir.”)
    • (*) For students, digital copy of official student certificate should also be included. (“Oğrenciler, resmi ogrenci belgesi dijital kopyasini (pdf) kayit formu beraberinde e-postalamalidir.”) No refund will be given as cancellation of registration is not accepted. (“Kayit iptali ve ucret iadesi yapilmamaktadir.”)
    • Attendants with presentations must complete payments before 13 November 2022. Beyond this date, organization committee does not guarantee inclusion of abstracts in the final program and symposium book. (“Ozeti kabul edilen katilimcilar kayitlarini 13 Kasim 2022 öncesinde yaptirmalidir.”)
    • VAT is included in the registration fees. (“Kayit ücretlerine KDV dahildir.”)
